SHIPPING POLICY
To be eligible for free standard local/international shipping, customers must spend a minimum of $120.
Express local shipping will incur a $15 cost if spending is less than $120, if spending is $120 or more, express shipping costs $50. Express international shipping will incur a $40 cost if $120 minimum purchase is not met. Express international shipping will incur a $60 cost if purchase is between $120 and $300. Express shipping for a purchases over $300 will cost $80
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
All our products go through our Quality Check and Assurance Team who check all products are of the highest standard before they leave our store. If by any chance your items received are damaged or faulty, we will exchange the item for the same chosen product (if still available at the time) with payments of return shipping paid by us.
Items that are reported faulty or damaged must be sent back to us within 60 days of purchase.
"Change of mind" returns are only eligible with the original receipt attached and must be made within 14 days after items have been received. Items and original packaging have to be in an unused and undamaged condition.
There are no free returns for "change of mind", in this case customers will have to pay for return shipping and restocking fees (20% of item price) with original receipt attached and will receive store credit for the equivalent amount purchased for the item.
Customers are liable for the condition of the items sent back to us, so we do encourage choosing a courier company that allows an insurance option for sent items.
